BMW’s original service center at 221 Andover Street is shared with their BMW sales department. A second service center was opened in 2006 to expand their offerings and ability to service customers at the site of their choice. This center, located at 7 Centennial Drive, is the only one of its kind in the nation.
The Peabody BMW service center on Centennial Drive offers 8 detail Spa bays and 2 state inspection bays. 27 car lifts and 5 programming bays allow for quicker turnaround times for a greater volume of customers. The second location was opened for added convenience, and not necessity, GM Marshal Cabot states. “Our Andover Drive service facility is state-of-the art and our technicians are the most experienced in the field.
