BMW’s original service center at 221 Andover Street is shared with their BMW sales department.  A second service center was opened in 2006 to expand their offerings and ability to service customers at the site of their choice.  This center, located at 7 Centennial Drive, is the only one of its kind in the nation.

The Peabody BMW service center on Centennial Drive offers 8 detail Spa bays and 2 state inspection bays.  27 car lifts and 5 programming bays allow for quicker turnaround times for a greater volume of customers.  For added convenience, the Centennial Drive location is also open on Saturdays from 8am-4pm.  BMW customers can schedule service appointments online at http://www.bmwpeabody.com

The second location was opened for added convenience, and not necessity, GM Marshal Cabot states.  “Our Andover Drive service facility is state-of-the art and our technicians are the most experienced in the field.  The decision to open a second location came from our desire to always offer the best and most convenient capabilities for our family of customers.”

The Centennial Drive and Andover Street service centers offer highly trained BMW engineers.  “Our 38 Technicians know each and every detail about the BMW product,” adds Cabot.  “Every one of our technicians has been trained by BMW to ensure the highest level of service.”

Area BMW owners that do not currently service or buy from the Peabody base dealership are also eligible for the rewards program.  BMW owners that do qualify can contact the service department at BMW of Peabody by emailing service@bmwpeabody.com and scheduling an appointment.  Once the dealership has verified the vehicles’ mileage, a coupon book and key fob is then mailed to their home.
